US PENDING HOME SALES READ POSITIVE FOR FIRST TIME IN 2 MONTHS!
US pending home sales rose in September for the first time in two months.
Sales increased by 7.4% compared to August, surpassing expectations of a 1.9% rise.
This figure only includes homes under contract (not newly built ones) that haven’t closed yet.
Higher pending sales are viewed as a positive sign for the economy since home sales affect many other sectors.
